GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
GENERAL: These general terms and conditions apply to all products sold by Firework Empire UK and remain enforced unless otherwise previously agreed by the relevant departments concerned. Please contact a member of our team if you have any queries.
PRICES: All prices currently do not include V.A.T . Were wholesale delivery is undertaken by ourselves they are based on the current costs of transport and conversion rates and a written quotation provided in advance of a sale. Please note that all prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
CLAIMS: On local delivery please check numbers of items and inspect them for any signs of damage before signing the documents. If anything is unsatisfactory your claim must be made to the company before the drive leaves and where not possible within 8 hours of receiving the goods. Proof of purchase may be required.
COLLECTIONS: Collections of showroom items are available upon purchase. Internet purchase require a collection appointment.
Please arrange a collection time with our office for all INTERNET purchases prior to arriving at our showrooms for collection of your goods. This will ensure your products will be ready for your collection and minimize your waiting time.

QUALITY: All products sold by Firework Empire UK are tested to British standard 7114. Items are supplied on the condition that they are used strictly in accordance with the manufacturers instructions labeled on them. We reserve the right to substitute any items that are not available at the time. Any substitution will be of an equivalent or greater value.
MISUSE: We sell strictly to persons only over the age of 18. The customer is responsible for the safety of themselves and others around them whilst storing and using the product. You are required to follow the directions on the product packaging and to stick to the safety advice given.
